You will need for burger:
1 x Halloumi Light 50grams - Available from Tesco or Waitrose - 3 points
1x 1/2 courgette and mushroom sliced and grilled
1x Warburton thin - 3 points
For Chili Coleslaw - 0 points
1 x 1/4 White Cabbage Sliced
1 x 1/2 Red Onion cut thinly
1 x Carrot 1/2 Sliced and 1/2 grated
1 x 15ml of Healthy Living Mayo Tesco - 0 points
1 x 1/2 tsp of Cajun Pepper
1 x 1/2 tsp of Chili Flakes
Method:
1. Cut your butternut squash thinly into fries and put in oven until cooked appx 20 mins
2. Prepare all your coleslaw ingredients and mix together - put to side.
3. Grill your halloumi and courgette with mushrooms
4. Toast your warburton thin and then build your halloumi, courgetter and mushrooms into a burger.
5. Plate with Fries, Coleslaw and Burger - enjoy!
