Instruction
12 oz uncooked linguini
12 oz cherry tomatoes (cut into halves or quarters)
1 yellow onion (sliced thinly)
2 large garlic cloves (minced)
Fresh basil, parsley and oregano
Freshly ground salt and pepper
4 1/2 cups water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a pot and boil, turning occasionally with tongs until fully cooked and all the water has absorbed.
Makes 6 servings.
