Ingredients
- Weight Watchers Tortilla wrap
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 cubed tomato
- some dried mixed herbs
- 40g finely diced light mozzarella
- ½ tbsp (7g) grated parmesan
- fresh basil leaves
Instructions
Spread the Tortilla wrap with the tomato puree, leaving a
think border around the edge. Top with the tomato, some dried mixed
herbs, the light mozzarella and parmesan. Place under a preheated hot
grill for 3-4 minutes or until golden and the cheese has melted. Season
with salt and pepper and top with rocket or fresh basil leaves. Serve
with a large rocket salad dressed with balsamic vinegar.
