Spiced banana oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients

  •   150 g Hamlyns Scottish Oatmeal, (use any brand)   
  •   2 medium Banana(s)   
  •   75 g Quark   
  •   2 medium (raw) Egg, whole, raw   
  •  4 spray(s) Calorie controlled cooking spray   
  •  1/4 teaspoons (level) Ground Cinnamon   
  •  1/4 teaspoons (level) Baking powder   
  •  1/4 teaspoons (level) Mixed Spice   
  •  1/4 teaspoons (level) Vanilla Extract   

Instructions

  • Mix together all of the ingredients in a food processor to make a smooth batter. Allow to stand for 5-10 mins.
  • Heat a heavy based frying pan and spray with cooking spray. Spoon the batter into small pools in the pan and cook until starting to bubble, flip over and cook until golden.
  • Serve warm with a dollop of 0% fat Greek yogurt.
