These brownies are so chocolate-y good!
serves 18 (4 points+)
1 box Betty Crocker low-fat fudge brownie mix ( for a 13 x 9 pan size)
1 egg
1 T. canola oil
1/2 c. water
1 c. no sugar added cherry pie filling
Frosting:
3 T. light stick butter
1-1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 T. baking cocoa
pinch of salt
1/4 c. cold coffee
Whisk together brownie mix, egg, oil and water until well mixed.
Stir in cherry pie filling. Transfer to a 13 x 9 pan coated with cooking
spray and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
For frosting, beat ingredients until well blended. Spread over cooled brownies.
