- 12 reduced fat oreos
- 1 large egg
- 1 8 oz container of Chobani Greek yogurt (plain)
- 8oz of reduced fat cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 6 cupcake liners
- Preheat oven to 275.
- Line 6 cupcake holes with liners in a muffin tin. I like to call them holes.
- Place one oreo at the bottom of each cupcake.
- In
a bowl beat together cream cheese and sugar. Add in the vanilla and egg
and beat until the cream cheese and egg are well combined. Spoon about 2
tablespoons of cream cheese into each cupcake. Top with crushed Oreos.
- Bake in 275 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
