Spoon puree into 4 individual serving glasses and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2. Meanwhile place chocolate in a bowl and melt in microwave or over a pan of
simmering water. Add milk and stir to combine. Cool slightly.
3. Whisk egg whites in a clean bowl until they form soft peaks. Add a tablespoon
of egg whites to chocolate and quickly combine to slacken mixture. Carefully fold
remaining whites into chocolate mixture.
4. Spoon mixture into each chilled serving glass and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.
5. Slice reserved strawberries and use to decorate before serving.
Notes
You can make this recipe with milk chocolate instead of white chocolate. You could also substitute raspberries for strawberries too.
