Heat
olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add onions and sauté for 5
minutes until softened and translucent. Add garlic and cook for an
additional 30 seconds.
Stir
in yogurt, cream cheese, half of the parmesan, mozzarella, salt, and
pepper. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts and bread cubes. Sprinkle
with remaining parmesan cheese.
Spread into a small baking dish and place under broiler for 2 minutes until golden brown on the top.
Serve warm and enjoy!
